Healthy Flaxseed Crackers
Tasty, healthy and full of fibers! Your belly will love these healthy Flaxseed crackers. They are the perfect company with soup, beside a salad, or as a healthy dessert with tahini and honey.
Keep them in your fridge in a container and they stay fresh for one-two weeks or longer. They will be very helpful when you need something filling that gives you energy.
4 cups Flaxseeds
1 cup Sesame seeds
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 cups water
3 tablespoons Phsyllium husks
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1-2 tablespoons herbs of your liking (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until and allow to rest for about one hour before cooking. If the batter is a bit hard, you may add some more water.
Spread the dough on a baking plate covered with baking paper and cook for about one hour at 190 degrees celsius, or until golden colored on top and bottom. Cut immediately once out of the oven and allow to cool down before to store it in a airtight container.
