Kale, Miso & Ginger Hummus

My love for hummus keeps extending. I decided to put some of my favorite ingredients and flavors into one pot and make a unusual and tasty hummus. Try for yourself, it's really yummy!

Ingredients
2 cups boiled chick peas
1 cup steamed kale
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons tahini
1 big tablespoon miso-paste
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
1 tablespoon shredded ginger
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
1 small garlic clove chopped
the juice of one lemon
pepper

Mix all ingredients throughly together with a hand-mixer and serve. If the hummus is too thick to blend, you can add a little bit of water.
